After our local dentist sold his practice to a franchise dental company, I gave it a go; followed through with my scheduled appointments and even returned to replace an old crown. The dental hygienist was through but very careful as I have sensitive teeth. I didn't have one bad moment during the checkup. Dr. Heard is also good about making sure you feel the least amount of pain she can. The whole visit was not bad at all and I am one of the worst for going to see a dentist.
