Victoria ER

Everyone that I came in contact with were professional and caring. While waiting for lab results to determine needed testing, the nurses and doctor checked on me frequently making sure I was comfortable. They kept me updated on the status of the tests and answered any questions I had. When released, the doctor took the time to thoroughly explain the various test results and what I needed to do from there. As it was getting late in the day and pharmacies were closing, the nurse took the time to look up which ones were still open which was a great help. Overall a good experience, and I would return if the need arose.

Everyone was professional, kind and considerate to my situation especially the nurse Scott. The Doctor didn’t try to diagnose my situation without running several test, which I truly appreciate! The facility was extremely clean which I also appreciated. The wait time was under five minutes. Highly recommend Victoria ER!

I went to this ER the other day after experiencing a syncope episode. The staff was friendly, and the wait time was very minimal—I was seen quickly and didn’t have to sit around for hours. Everyone communicated with me in a professional and efficient manner, and I walked out feeling much better. They were able to do a CT scan just like a full standing ER. I would definitely recommend this ER.

Came here due to potential post op complication and received phenomenal care. Within 5 minutes I was taken back, triaged and seen by a doctor within 15 minutes. I was immediately given abdominal contrast and once the contrast waiting period was up got an abdominal CT scan with results 30 minutes after the scan. The doctor and staff checked in roughly every 15-20 minutes. They were kind, attentive and helpful beyond words. This is a huge contrast to my terrible experience at citizens ER and I definitely recommend coming to this stand alone facility before going to any hospital ER. I left with results, prescriptions, and supplements within 3 hours and everything moved along very fast considering all the tests that were ran. A fantastic alternative to the regular ER. I came in late one evening after a day of dealing with massive food poisoning and there was no wait at all. They were attentive, thorough, and caring. Got me feeling immensely better by the next day.
