Don't bother making an appointment, they may or may not overbook or cancel it. Don't bother complaining about them not holding appointments, the local branches are not in control of there own calendar or automated cancellations. Try making an appointment somewhere they respect your time.

I went to another optometrist 4 months prior and was not happy since the optometrist was not thorough, not detail, and rushing through the eye exam. I wasted my money for the eye exam and decided not to make my prescription glasses at that place. Then, i went to Dr. Victoria Conlen, which I was so happy with the eye exam she provided. She was very detail oriented, thorough, and not rushing at all. She is very professional. Thank you Dr. Victoria Conlen.
