I am a 57 year old man who has suffered from chronic knee and neck pain since my twenties. I began working with Erin after another arthroscopic knee surgery and limited results from my PT. From the start, Erin had a plan for me and I saw results right away! She was able to reduce the chronic swelling in my knee. She eliminated fascia buildup in my legs, back and neck, improving my flexibility, strength, blood flow, and reduced my overall feeling of discomfort. She shared simple, easy to follow, but very effective exercises that targeted my areas of need. These exercises continued to help me build and maintain proper posture and strength, and gave me confidence to commit to a personal trainer! I started seeing Erin about five weeks ago and the difference she has made already is amazing. Through her work I’ve gained flexibility and mobility both of which are very important as a golfer in my mid 50’s. Before starting to see her I would have constant mild lower back pain that would flare up after exercising or running. The lower back pain is gone now and there is no sign of it even after a workout or a run. I can’t recommend Erin highly enough. You won’t be disappointed.

I had my first session with Erin and she was amazing! She is extremely nice and professional, and it is obvious that she is very knowledgeable and passionate about her job! We started out working on asymmetries in my back, as well as some tension in my neck and after just the first session I can say I see and feel I big difference. I could not recommend Soft Tissue Society enough. Erin has been able to target areas that i’ve thought were not able to be cured and i’d just have to deal with the tension forever. From the first appointment I felt an immediate sense of relief and almost a month in now and I have more mobility than I have in years. Plus she gives helpful tools to use at home to keep up with the work she does on the day to day! Erin is truly the best!
