Royersford Vet is seriously the best! Their techs and Vets, especially Dr Achtel, are so kind and caring. They are so knowledgeable and Dr A makes us feel so confident in my animals care. Also they are SO affordable! Every time I leave, I always think "wow that wasn't as much as I thought". They are amazing!

Dr Achtel has been taking care of Olivia since she was a baby bunny. We never cease to be impressed that he comes in the room and lays on the floor to be in her space instead of bringing her up to his space to examine her. Kudos to the best vet and his staff who are always nice and concerned.

Royersford Veterinary Hospital consistently provides outstanding service. The entire team, from the friendly front desk staff to the knowledgeable veterinarians, is exceptionally kind and professional. They are also incredibly responsive, promptly answering emails and proactively following up after appointments to ensure your pet is doing well. So thankful to have found this practice.

I’ve been a client of this practice for 5+ years and unfortunately have seen a noticeable change in the last couple years since it became corporate-owned. While the staff is good (especially the vet techs), the care now feels much more profit-driven than relationship-driven. Be aware that for follow-up/recheck visits on the same issue, you may be charged a full exam fee each time without much warning, even when the visit is extremely brief. This was surprising after many years of different experiences with other vets. Overall, the standard of care and transparency no longer feels the same as it once did, so I will be moving my pets to a privately owned clinic. What a shame.

I've taken my cats to Royersford Vet Hospital for several years now. Dr. Acutel has been a great diagnostician, and I trust his instincts and knowledge. His love and care of my felines is truly appreciated. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
