Viacheslav Iremashvili MD, PhD

I have been a patient of Dr. Iremashvili since he began practicing in Hannibal. Couldn’t ask for better care and he exhibits real concern and compassion for my condition and symptoms. He has performed one very successful surgical procedure on me as well. His staff is also very supportive and professional. Whenever I have needed an appointment I have gotten one the same day or the following day at the very latest. Almost unheard of when it comes to a specialist these days. Bottom line is I would highly recommend Dr. Iremashvili to anyone needing a urologist.

Still somewhat new this area, but prior to meeting Dr. Iremashvilli, I was dealing with Dr. Slice N. Dice at SSM Lake St. Louis. Had an indwelling catheter issues and he resolved that with the proper method within 10 days!

My boyfriend recently had vasectomy by Dr. Iremashvilli. It was a very smooth experience. On the first visit we came a little early, but his assistant put us in the room right away and within a minute we were seen. Doctor explained to us how this works and what to expect. My boyfried had couple of questions, Dr. Iremashvili answered them and provided some additional details. It took some time to schedule the surgery, but for us it was not an issue. On the day of the surgery we were told to come 2 hours early and expected a long wait but again it took much less time than we expected. I guess doctor was ahead of schedule so we went in about 1 hour early. In about 40 minutes my boyfriend was back and we left within another half hour. He had some discomfort in the area for couple of days, but

I had been having some bladder issues and blood in my urine. Ended up having emergency surgery to remove 2 kidney stones and place stents. Dr. Iremashvili called me to follow up with me and see how things were and make sure that I was treated well. This office is very caring and they will get to the bottom of your issues.

My father saw Dr. Iremashvili after being treated by several other urologists in the area. His experience with those providers was unsatisfactory to say the least. Dr. Iremashvili clearly explained the reasons for the problem my farther has and options for treating it (I accompanied him to that visit). He ended up undergoing an endoscopic procedure and doing much better now. Most importantly, he finally has confidence that his doctor knows what he is doing.
