I have been in the hospital numerous times lately and have been treated great. How those nurses keep up with all the tasks they have in that 12 hour period is beyond me how they do and keep a smile on their faces. All of the doctors I have seen since I have been there are very knowledgeable and do their very best to help you feel better. 2 doctors I had some difficulties but was more my fault than theirs due to my diet. Unless someone makes a major mistake my healthcare needs will be taken care of by these wonderful people. Karla in urology is an angel for me. I had a kidney stone that was giving me extreme pain and she worked things out to get me in to have it removed.

The women's care center nursing staff, doctors everyone has went above and beyond to take care of us and our baby. They are the friendliest and has such an amazing bedside manor. There is nowhere else we would of rather been. What a amazing team they have. Thank you to all of the staff for making a rough time as easy as you did.

Asked my pcp to recommend me to pain management. Met with Dr Glanton and was pleasantly surprised by his honesty and willingness to help. Staff was awesome in helping with scheduling tests etc. Highly recommend

I have health sharing, which is tricky and confusing and sometimes makes it look like I’m self-paying. Anytime my bill has been confusing and I need to call the billing department, they have been SO nice and SO helpful. Thank you for what you do, I know that job can’t be easy. But I greatly appreciate the help I get every time I call! ❤️

If I could rate 0, I would. During an ER visit last Dec I was treated as if I was a burden for the staff coming in with influenza. Wouldn't even give me water. Girlfriend went and bought me a bottle of water. Later, mis-sent medical bill to insurance, and by the time things were finally figured out, Hannibal billing kept claiming their bill resubmission to my insurance was deemed untimely. Yet upon calls from MY insurance to HRMG and myself calling HRMG multiple times, they REFUSED to work with either myself or my insurance. Upon a 5th correspondence via conference call, HRMG decided to re-submit my bill to my insurance. I will NEVER go back to this incompetence so-called Medical Group... I'll drive to another STATE... BEWARE EVERYONE..!!! GO ELSEWHERE..!!!
