VHC Health Primary Care - Kingstowne

I’ve never felt more seen or cared for by a primary care physician than I do with Dr. Alabosi. She is incredibly thorough, taking the time to listen, explain, and make sure every concern is understood. Her bedside manner is exceptional; she treats you like a real human being, not just another appointment on the schedule. It’s rare to find a doctor who is both highly knowledgeable and genuinely compassionate, but she manages to be both. I always leave feeling heard, supported, and confident in my care. I’m truly grateful to have found her as my doctor!

Dr. Alibosi is very inconsiderate of patients and that causes her to make careless mistakes. She filled a script incorrectly and then proceeded to argue with me about how much of it I should have left. She didn’t apologize when she quickly discovered that she was wrong and then couldn’t even be bothered to do the prior authorization when filling it again so it got denied for that exact reason (never submitted). I called and left a message for her asking her to write it and do the prior authorization in a timely manner and she didn’t even do it so I never got it after having a whole appointment with her tailored around getting this script straightened out. Then as the icing on the cake, the billing department told my insurance that she’s a specialty care doctor when she’s a PCP so I had to

I’m a new patient with Dr. Alobosi. I’ve never in my life had a doctor take that much time with me and hear me out. She’s thoughtful, receptive human. I hate going to the doctor, but she makes it an easy experience.

Went to see Dr. Thomas today and I was not able to. This place has no sign saying that this is Virginia hospital center. I parked in front of the building and the address send me somewhere else. I was running to get to the door after walking around, the cox people told there is a clinic inside that building with no sign in it. Got there they said there is a 7 minute grace period. I got there 2 minutes past the grace period. Told the front desk I know this is not the first time you get complain about the lack of signs and the fact the google is sending people somewhere else. Have to reschedule with somebody else.

I have only had great experiences with this doctor office. The receptionist who greeted me was friendly and professional. Anna, who draws blood, is fantastic; you hardly feel a pin prick. I have seen Dr. Thomas for two years now and she is wonderful. She takes the time to discuss any issues that I might have and provides good feedback. I feel that I am in good hands with this medical office.
