Veterans Affairs Hospital

This is the most modern VA I've ever been to. The staff was so friendly and so very helpful. I was so pleased with this experience . It is a huge place that takes up 4 square blocks in downtown New Orleans. A very wonderful overall experience. I would go again anytime.

Beautiful building. The customer service and staff are really good. However, their decorating committee obviously have never served in the military. How do put up a huge picture of female in a Halloween "army" costume as one of the first pictures you see when you come in the building? The amount of money they spent on this is astonishing. There's got to be at least someone that actually served in the military who could have informed them this wasn't a military photo.

This place is great to me. I have a lot of issues that call for several doctors and all are on the same page with my treatment!

I had to visit this facility to obtain a carryover prescription because I had forgotten my medicine when we left on vacation. The staff was very helpful and I spend only about an hour getting my medicine. I had expected to spend half a day bouncing back and forth from one provider to another. This facility operates smoothly and efficiently. veterans in the New Orleans region are lucky to have such a modern and well run facility.
