SB Dentistry

My family just moved to Metairie at the end of June and we had Dr. Bienes recommended by our pediatrician. My 9 year old daughter has had so much anxiety over the years going to the dentist, to the point of making herself sick during her cleanings (which is heartbreaking and stressful to help her push through an appointment, even with ample preparation beforehand). After calling the office yesterday, we were able to take appointments that someone had cancelled, and everyone I spoke with on the phone was so helpful, friendly and positive! I’m overjoyed to share that today’s appointment for my daughter was easily the best that a dental visit has ever gone for her! Dr Bienes is amazing. I am so glad I found her. I had lost faith in finding a good dentist in the city after relocating from Dubai. From my first visit Dr Bienes and her staff put me at ease and I felt extremely cared for. I just had two wisdom teeth extracted, which I had been putting off, and the experience was calm, painless, and fast! I can't recommend her enough! Thank you so much! I finally feel safe enough to visit the dentist again.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sarah and her staff. Such a calm and welcoming atmosphere, and so very accommodating. Her dedication to her craft, and her professionalism show not only in how kind and articulate she is, but in how truly happy her employees are to be at work. Well worth the 2.5 hour trip to receive such wonderful care.

Sometimes we have our days, and some days might be a little more stressful than others, but as soon you walk into this dentist office everybody seems to take your mind off of it. They do amazing work, but this is probably the most professional establishment I have ever been in since i’ve been in Metairie. Every single interaction i’ve had with each staff member has been so wonderful. Dr. Sarah is very nice and professional. I forget the receptionist’s name, but he is wonderful as well. Every single dental hygienist seems like they love what they do and will make you feel so welcomed. I would highly recommend this dental office, it’s really like a breath of fresh air.

10 out of 10! Second visit today for a deep cleaning. I had initially went to another denist 1st and wasn't pleased. Than I was recommended SB dental. They are one third the cost of the other dental office and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. I was very nervous but was quickly put to ease by their manner, professionalism and kindness of the staff. I would highly recommend!
