I had a bad experience with the mobile truck at Young's Dairy on 2/26. The woman who took my info was not friendly, which I overlooked at the time, but the woman who stuck my arm blew through my vein and into my muscle. It's now 5 days later and my arm is still sore and red. I called and spoke to the "supervisor" who seemed unconcerned saying I'd be ok in a week or two and told me "you're welcome to go see your doctor" What a joke this company is! I've given blood many times but I'm done with this group.

Great experience with Solvita for a blood drive at our business! Cora was a joy with whom to coordinate, and the staff on the coach couldn't have been nicer. They do their homework, provide the tools and made the process seamless, we'll definitely look to do another! Highly recommend!

My husband went to donate for the first time today. It was a suggestion from his provider that he donate. He was super nervous as he does not like needles. As soon as as he said it was suggested by his doctor that he donate a phlebotomist that was not even caring for him came around the corner and told him that they couldn’t draw him cause that was therapeutic draw. He called the number that was given to him and a very unfriendly women name Brittany called him back and told him that they want people who want to help people not people who want to help themselves. For someone working in health care shame on you. Have some compassion. He was very nervous about making this step. He was doing it for me. I am unable to donate as I am a survivor of Lymphoma and unable to give due to it. I am also

My 14th time donating @ this location. Jeni, aka Shawl, and Alexa (trainee) were awesome. I had a very enjoyable experience. Both are and will be great assets and representatives of Versiti Blood Center of Ohio - Dayton.
