Versiti Blood Center of Illinois

Everyone who works here is extremely nice. After letting them know that in the past I've fainted post-donation, they've been very attentive to make sure I'm comfortable during and after the donation process. I'm happy to announce that I've never passed out after donating with the Versiti team! :D Seriously, though, donating blood makes me feel good, and the Versiti team makes it easy. The facility itself is always spotless, and being able to fill out the questionnaire in advance saves a lot of time. And on a silly level, the after-donation snacks are good, too!

I donated blood in Westmont today with Versiti and the donor collection staff was amazing. Jose did my medical screening & Jakob was my phlebotomist, and they were both phenomenal! I felt comfortable the entire time and barely felt the prick of the needle at all

I got there at 7:50 AM for my 8 o’clock appointment. They took me in a timely fashion. They were friendly and professional. After the blood draw, I told them that I was told to put in the code joy and I would get a $25 gift card. Online it had said that you would also get Versity pajama and a top for the new year! . There were no appointments open on New Year’s Day so I went New Year’s Eve.

It was a very pleasant experience. The people there were very professional, friendly, and had a wonderful attitude. Also it was a clean and very organized facility.

Staff was very kind and attentive throughout my recent plasma donation. Have always had a good experience here.
