Midwest Express Clinic Urgent Care

I came in for a visit after my 21-month-old son fell and had an open wound on his forehead. Once we were brought to a room, Nurse Practitioner Aneta carefully explained the process and walked me through the options of gluing versus stitching. The staff made the experience much less stressful for both of us. Mike, who took his temperature and measurements before we went into the room, was incredibly sweet, gentle, and kind. After everything was finished, the clinic gave my son a popsicle and a couple of suckers, which absolutely won him over. I also want to mention Nora, who was welcoming and kind, and even allowed me to finish my paperwork in the room when I hadn’t completed it beforehand. From the moment I walked in, phones were ringing, there was a line growing but Jocelyn at the front counter was able to handle all of the pressure and assisted me quickly and thoughtfully while getting me registered. Quel the MA was amazing at helping the process along getting me seen by the dr faster ! The Dr, Irma was very delightful and helpful not to mention full of knowledge! I’ve been here before with my sister, and they treated her the same way, I honestly believe you can come here and get the same great care and experience every time and with speed! No one likes a Doctor Who takes forever to get to the office, And I never felt rushed out, they listened and helped ! They are a great stuff and I highly recommend this location!

I visited this location recently, and I want to thank Jocelyn and Nurse Practitioner Maria for their outstanding care. They were very kind, professional, and helpful, and they treated me with respect and genuine compassion. Both of them had smiles on their faces the entire time, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. They are truly the best, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for caring and professional medical service! I want to give a special thanks to Nurse Practitioner Maria Maria. I explained to her what happened with me at the Willowbrook location, and she was more than happy to listen, sit with me, and solve my problem. She apologized for the bad experience I had there and made sure everything was corrected. She also gave me the right prescription

This was an excellent experience from entering to a friendly, kind staff to having knowledgeable and compassionate medical professionals resolving our concerns. We will absolutely be returning and recommending Westmont's Midwest Express Clinic to our friends and family. The care provider, Shauna Vandermey, was outstanding with both my 3 year old daughter and my husband. She made aftercare easy to understand. I highly recommend to her for individuals and families - the entire staff was so above and beyond in how they treated us, respected our time, and ensured we understood the information. Bonus: the office is very clean and extremely kid friendly!
