This place is absolutely disgusting. If you are sending your loved one here make sure to do pop ups and always come visit them because if you don’t they will be neglected. Whoever in charge of this place should be ashamed of theirselves. 1st) administration here is all around nasty attitudes, supervisors nasty attitudes, they disrespect their staff in front of patients and families. 2) there’s bugs and garbage everywhere in this facility, the floors are dirty, the rooms are outdated and dirty, the breakfast, lunch and dinner disgusting. 3) CNAS don’t always have the best attitude but they try their best to, they are disrespected and have to work with whatever they have. The CNAs look stressed out and expected to work miracles. The people here hold professional license which I question and
I feel ashamed to write this, I fought myself to not write this letter but since nobody seems to not care what goes on I am hoping this will reach someone who cares. This facility is incredibly unprofessional and it’s sad that you have supervisors, nursing who carry these degrees and seem to not know how to conduct themselves as respectful professionals. The supervisors, DON are very unprofessional they talk to you with disrespect. This facility makes it very hard for staff to care and do the best they can for the patients because it lacks so much supplies, communication. I’m writing this complaint because enough is enough, people need to think about the hard working patients who come here expecting care. There’s different changes where it will keep confusing the patients. There is a male
The administration here is disgraceful and the way they treat/talk to their staff is terrible I am not surprised if the patients even according to many reviews on here aren’t treated that well. They are under staff, this administration has no respect for them when they are the only reason this dump is still running. The owner of this place should feel embarrassed. The nursing assistants do what they can with the little they have, they look so exhausted and defeated at times you can tell they are not treated well here, I have even witnessed them being belittled, this place is unprofessional, the place is not clean, sinks are either leaking or flooded, the place is old and needs fixing. Workers come and go in this place I don’t blame them not one bit and it’s unfortunate because this is not
I would give less stars if I could. I am writing this review now because my Dad no longer risks staying at this terrible facility. They treated my father in a horrible fashion they robbed any clothes that we brought him and they could not protect him from physical harm. "Somehow " he broke his arm and having serious dementia he was unable to tell us how. He was afraid of the staff and it was a very sad situation. No one should ever trust their loved ones to this facility.
I’ve been calling for two days to verify if my family member is still there. I was told they cannot confirm or deny. This is from the second floor nursing staff. Yesterday I was told he has no phone in his room and will not get up to come to the phone. Bear in mind he is an amputee. You have to call repeatedly to speak to anyone. All lines are primarily voice mail. Does anyone know who regulates this place? I will continue to post my reviews/staff experience until I get resolve. If no resolution I guess I’ll have to call the police department. Horrible place. Poor ethics. Update: Shortly after my initial post my amputee brother was provided with assistance to leave and was found dead 12 hours later. The NYPD received my contact info from the nursing home and they notified me of his death.
