These guys are awesome, they are always on top of our meds and always keep up with any hiccups in the process. They are always super friendly and they remember me every time I come in.

They've been great for us. We've been getting meds there for 3 of us and one of my cats (best price around on cash pay for his stuff!). The staff is always friendly, kind, and on top of things. My oldest picks up all our medications for us and they remember him each time. They've been very knowledgable and helpful on the phone with me (and I am never stuck on hold for ages like with some places!). I can't speak highly enough of this team! Very much recommend.

Exceptional and professional customer service. I went to a local chain store for eyedrops and was directed by a tech to that section with the comment, "There they all are; choose one." I decided not to purchase anything there to put into my eyes, so I stopped in at VFP, where the technician and pharmacist provided me with excellent, concerned professional care in making the right choice. I plan to shop there whenever possible. Thank you, Vermont Family Pharmacy, for making me feel valued.

This is my home away from home. I love the team. They’re amazing. They go out of their way. They do what they can and if Medicaid isn’t working with you, they try and that’s all you can ask for.

Great local pharmacy with caring staff. The building and interior is quite out of date and it is not handicap accessible. The front steps are wooden and not uniform so be careful when walking up them if you have mobility issues.
