Green Mountain Massage & Bodywork

Green Mountain Massage has become a well anticipated tradition with my visits to Burlington! The atmosphere is so lovely and relaxing. When you walk in, it feels just like a warm hug. My most recent massage with Owen was absolutely incredible. He is so knowledgeable about anatomy, kinesiology, and the mind body connection. His intuition was spot on and his skill in fire cupping was an amazing release of tension and stress! I wish I could visit more often and will certainly be back again.

Billy was able to squeeze me in last minute to help me with some neck pain, and was absolutely fantastic- one of the best massages I’ve had. Excellent firm pressure and great technique to target my neck/shoulder pain. I’m sometimes wary of male massage therapists and have had weird experiences at other places, but I felt totally safe and comfortable with him. My neck feels so much better already- I’ll definitely be going back

Billy creates an absolutely fabulous massage experience from beginning to end. His work is slow, deep, and intentional, and his kind, warm energy makes me feel so comfortable and "held" in every session. A truly wonderful massage therapist. Would highly recommend!

My massage therapist is Owen and he’s the best! He really takes the time to talk with you about what you need most out of your massage. Very friendly and such a sweet guy. The appointment was very easy to make online. I had a great 60 minute experience with Colter. He was very friendly and highly skilled. I felt refreshed after the massage, and many of the knots and tension I had been feeling in my neck and back were completely released.
