I was referred here by a friend a couple years ago and it has been good until now. I got my eyes checked a couple months ago then returned my glasses for a prescription change after a couple days because I could not see clearly at work. They corrected my prescription but unfortunately I dropped my glasses and scratched one lens right in my field of vision shorty after. I returned to the clinic and was told I could use the warranty, when I returned to pick up my new lenses I was charged $325. I was told that it was my insurance yet I thought it was warranty which has nothing to do with insurance. Then I mentioned I only need one lens but was told it’s the same price for one lens or two. I have spent a lot of money on glasses for myself and my family over the last few years and unfortuna

Been going for years and years, times got tough i couldn't afforded the contacts with the exam. I drive truck so im hardly ever home i happened to be lucky enough to get in an appointment right away but couldn't afford it all. They turned me away, vermillion is suppose to have that small town vibe especially with people who've lived here there whole life. I couldn't believe they wouldn't work with me, or let me in for the appointment to at least get that done so i don't have an idle semi costing me more money.. won't come here anymore i was sad to be treated that way after years of loyal service..

The staff is wonderful. I have been taking my older son and myself there for the last few years. My youngest sons nurse emailed me stating he failed the school vision test so I called VVC and I was told the exam was going to be under $100 because he was not on my insurance yet and he was a child. Vermillion Vision sent me a bill for $140. I wondered why I they would not let me pay at the time of service and they stated they were mailing the bill. It was to over charge me. I will pay this bill however my children and I will not be returning.

My daughter forgot her her contacts and glasses on a recent college visit. They were super easy to work with and got us enough replacements to finish our trip! AMAZING service and so friendly! Thank you!
