Ventnor Pediatrics Center

My 8 years old daughter was so sick she threw up 6 times in one hour we googled it and after 30 min driving. They refused to take any new patients because my daughter is above 3 years old, it’s not mentioned anywhere.

Im new in AC and I Am filing a Claim report Against Ventnor Pediatrics Center…specially a the Assistant called by Erika/ Erica what ever her spelling name is… since 9:15am Ive been calling to make an appointment for my 3 year old thats been having fever since friday… obviously something Ive been taking care (because I myself been a Doctors Office assistant for many years) and as a mother Ive been taking care of his fever/ because its the season of getting sick specially if he goes to school, I get that part. Now the issue is I have tons of calls to this office, and I was confused why they dont pick up. 15 calls, totallll!!! Erica picks up and hungs up so many times… at this point Im aggravated.. call again, she only says “can you please hold on” , and puts me on hold… this time Im think

Have gone here since I was four but quality of care has progressively gotten worse over the years. Will be switching doctors soon. Waiting time is obnoxiously long and when the doctor finally comes everything is rushed. A example of the waiting time would be your appointment being at 10:00 and being seen at 11:30. Not to mention I did not have the best experience as an adolescent with the staff. Like I’m really afraid of shots and they would tell me not to be scared because I’m too old and even babies get the shots.

such a mistake coming to this practice. They are completely unprofessional. Not only do they make you wait at least an hour before getting seen, the front desk sits there and talks about the most unprofessional stuff while you’re sitting and waiting. They are rude and terrible here, don’t make the mistake of bringing your child to this practice. Go literally anywhere else.

The best office! Quality of care is excellent and everyone is super kind and accommodating. Dr. Asemota is truly the most knowledgeable pediatrician around. I don’t take my kids anywhere else.
