I have never been treated so rudely and unprofessionally in my life!! The so called manager needs to fired immediately!! Costed them thousands today! Cash ! Refused my money because I asked for a better explanation of future services. She was so offended telling me how long she’d been there lol ?!!! I can tell …your miserable a patient has EVERY RIGHT in the world to ask what they are paying for ! And you should learn to be professional enough to explain it even if it’s 2 times ! One star is being generous. This office is unprofessional and lacks basic empathy, customer service, and attention to detail. The overall environment feels dismissive and careless, and the quality of care reflects that. I came in for two fillings—something I’ve had done in one visit before with no issue. This time, the dentist claimed they could only do one and that I’d have to come back for the other. The explanation felt vague and unconvincing. When I voiced my concerns and asked why both couldn’t be done, I was met with a dismissive attitude instead of a clear, respectful explanation. I have been going to Community Dental for many years. I have had cavities filled, teeth pulled and a few crowns. I am very happy with the new Dental Hygenist, very very good. Not happy with the last Hygenist thay had. I should know as I am a certified Dental Assistant from many years ago. My check up and cleaning is next week and looking forward to it. Shirley L. Before the appointment I called the office about the cost of treatment which supposed to be denture reline , the receptionist told me its going to be 200$ so i did made an appointment … as soon as i enter the office the loud musik was blasting like in the nightclub…. Which i never seen before in any doctor office … the nurse was trying to do an Xrays in pushy way wich i said i dont need it … because i don’t have any teeth all i need is to do the denture reline because they became loose… Then the doctor came in his name is Andrew and after looking 3 minutes in my mouth did not do absolutely anything…he said he is gonna charge 520 per one denture…. NEVER GO HERE!!! This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. Yes, the girls at the reception are very polite and the notification and appointment reminder service is good, but if you are interested in your health and not just chatting with the girls at the reception, RUN AWAY FROM HERE! The dentist who treats teeth, fills cavities and places crowns is so incompetent that you'd be better off without treatment, or you'll lose your teeth. The doctor doesn't know elementary things that even a schoolchild knows. Be especially careful if they offer you a painkiller injection. Besides teeth cleaning (and even that cleaning is so bad that you'd do better at home with a toothbrush), do NOT under any circumstances have crowns installed here, otherwise you won't be able to bite down anymore.
