Venetian Dental

i have dentures now. Thanks to the dentistry team @ Venetian Dental. I’ve had them since January and couldn’t be more satisfied. Throughout the process the staff had prepared and informed me of unwanted delays and other possibilities. there’s an art to this process and the professionals there are true artists. My health situation may be unique but with patience, they have made my everyday life much better and the product i received is exceptionally comfortable. if you have good health, i can imagine a great result for you. if not, you will be assessed and informed before you make a decision. they know what they are doing!

After going there for 2 years the exam consisted of the dentist looking in my mouth for about 3 seconds and touching nothing. The cleaning lasted around 12 minutes so they are really fast. The rude office staff only care about getting paid, but can’t be bothered with any insurance questions or helping with co-ordination of benefits. I definitely won’t go back after getting a second opinion from another dentist who provided actual care, a thorough examination and treatment options that were almost half the cost and visits.

I wasn't going to post a review at all, but after getting a second opinion and speaking to someone who works in dental billing, I can't in good conscience not. I called them in a panic because my husband had one or two teeth with an abscess and was missing work because he wasnt eating or sleeping. I called them because the first place couldn't get them extracted for 2 weeks and we were terrified to wait with an infection brewing. He had antibiotics but they weren't fully helping. We booked an EMERGENCY EXTRACTION (important for later). They told us to come as early as possible to ensure same day extraction. So, we show up, they instead decide to do a full mouth of xrays even though he had just gotten them done the day before and they knew we had JUST been to another office. Of course insur

Not happy with them. Wish I had read the reviews before going here. After more than one year being with this dentist, my wife and I decided to go to another dentist because we did not like Venetian (rude, very costly and could not understand the dentist accent when he talked). The new dentist called the Venetian Dental twice to have our records sent to the new dentist. Nothing. They call a third time one month later a day before my wife's new dental appointment. Still nothing. Wife had to cancel that appointment with the new dentist since they still did not have the records. She called Venetian to find out why they had not sent the records. Check in was easy. Tooth extraction was flawless. Painless,fast, no stress. Would've been a 5 star if not for the price charged.
