?? First time visiting ?? Call made appointment got here 15 mins early.. Told walk in come first?? See people come in behind me and leave before me?? Not sure how that happened?? Just needed a strip test done. 1.5 hour. Later?? Saw I was getting frustrated so bought me back to room ? No Nurse? No Doctor? Not happy 🫩🤕🤢 Love to walk out but I need a doctor's note to get back to work? Looks like I'm stuck😡 Melissa Welch

All staff were friendly, efficient and thorough. Offices were clean and comfortable. I was seen quickly, testing done and diagnosis was helpful. Whole thing took 20 minutes. Will certainly use again when necessary.

Brought my 3 yr old in today with suspected ear infection. She was upset she couldn't get a drink from the water fountain so they got her a little water bottle, popsicle, and multiple stickers when we left. They went above and beyond to make my girl feel good when she wasn't. I also utilized the app to make an appointment which helped us get in and out quickly. Will definitely come back to this location.

Everyone is so friendly here. I felt as if they truly cared about me and my concerns. Ash at the check-in desk especially. I have pretty bad medical anxiety and when I'm anxious I talk a lot, but Ash was not perturbed at all. I didn't have to wait very long to be seen either, but I did go around 10am on a Wednesday. All in all, I'm very pleased with the level of care I recieved.

Went here in Sunday morning with my face swelling and in great pain was sent home with antibiotics. 4 hours later I'm at Lewis Gale Hospital with a severe infection in my body. Sunday night and most of Monday I spent fighting to stay alive. I'm I'm doing this review while I'm still in the hospital. Thanks Carillon. ... Dwayne Ferguson
