Kroger Pharmacy

I had a new prescription filled at the end of March. It had 1 refill. I went to refill it in May and they said I didn't have any refills left. Either their computer has been hacked or someone is stealing refills. They didn't bother to investigate, and it should be easy to find out when the refill was filled, I have the box showing the original with one refill, but they couldn't be bothered. Poor service.

The staff in the pharmacy have always been so kind and patient. Last night I needed a prescription that my doctor had just called in and they understood how miserable I was and filled it just before closing. I was able to get in my first dose last night and get some relief to sleep. I know that pharmacies are swamped, the employees work long hours, and they are taxed…but these folks still care about their customers at the end of the day. Thank you for all that you do.

Great folks - very friendly, polite, knowledgeable, funny yet still professional. Kroger Discount RX card replaced the GoodRX card making skyrocketing drug price still affordable. I have another Kroger's a bit closer but these folks are the best so driving a bit further is no problem.

They never answer the phone and when you finally do get them to answer and ask about a prescription they tell you it's ready then you get there and it's a completely different story prescriptions are never ready and there's always some problem with insurance not covering them. Several times I've had to call my insurance about prescriptions and when I tell them what's going on they act like I'm crazy for saying they're not covered when they are. This pharmacy is just full of unknowable workers who do not want to do their jobs. Kroger really needs to step up who they're hiring to fill prescriptions ans run thw pharmacy before someone ends up with the wrong medication!

Husband and I switched to Kroger from a local pharmacy. Everyone at Kroger has been very nice and prescriptions ready fast. Super surprised when the same Prescriptions at Kroger are $140 LESS a month!! Same drugs, Insurance, etc went from $185 to $45.
