Velocity Clinical Research

Went for the flu shot study. Went through all the necessary orientation and 3 hours of my time then told me that I would not a candidate for this study due to blood pressure being a little high of 130. They said they would still be paying me for the day but they never did. I live in Columbus and have no gas money to get back home. Thanks for making me more miserable and stranded.

This was my first time to participate in a clinical research. Since I am older and in good health, I thought it would be a good thing to help out in some clinical research. It has all turned out very favorable experience so far. The staff in the Meridian office in Norfolk were very nice to work with explaining things as we went along. Follow-up calls have been good. Recording my twice-a-week results is easy. On top of all of this I get paid for my participation. I would highly recommend anyone checking into participation in a clinical research as I did.

I had a very positive experience. They were ready when I arrived and they did their best to get me in and out as quickly as possible. I have done a couple of studies and have always been treated well. I am pretty interested in helping with research as we can look forward to more and more problems like COVID, etc.

every time I get notifications of a study I call and they tell me something I have doesn't line up with their study. Have you noticed businesses only make comments on the good comments? Wonder why that is?

Had everything set up to go I got there and I was there for an hour and they didn't do anything. The communication from when Imade the trial to getting there wasn't made about medications etc. Not worth time if no one can be on the same page.
