U-Save Pharmacy of Norfolk

Not sure how many years I have been a patron at this pharmacy...best guess over a decade. For good reason. A truly exceptional business is hardly perfect. Of course there will be issues that arise. The sign of a truly remarkable business is how they handle those issues. This pharmacy owns their responsibility for the issues and does their best to make it right for the customer. I appreciate that they personalize for the customer. Keeping the customer as the focus is key. Bonus points for being not only professional, but genuine and friendly. Icing on the cake when they are able to have fun while doing a good job and including the customer in that experience. This is my experience and why I will continue as a customer here...as long as they keep providing this experience for me.

My order was ready, it was fast to get through the drive-thru. I am grateful they were open at 6:30 p.m.

At my last visit they blamed the computer for excessive pricing for a Med. I like the drive thru but it's always busy. Friendly, down home staff and pharmacists. Close to my home so I always go here.

All the Pharmacists and entire staff are fantastic! They are always friendly, and always willing to answer any questions I have! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Pat Hammond is a great pharmacist. He is so helpful with all your medicine needs & explains everything so well. It's great to have someone like Pat serving the Norfolk community.
