Velez Pediatrics

Velez Pediatrics is awesome! I am a father of 2 boys and they love coming here! The staff is friendly, caring, knowledgeable and very efficient. The front office greats you with a smile as soon as you walk through the door and the medical assistants make sure you feel welcomed. All of their providers are educated and compassionate. I feel that the wait time is reasonable at the clinic. Parents you can't expect to get in and out quickly if you want high quality care for your child.

Dr. Hernandez is my favorite provider! He always takes the time to listen to my concerns. He has became my friend and always encourages me to be better. The front office staff Edna and Julie are so sweet. Medical assistant Leslie always makes me feel comfortable. I love this place!

This place takes FOREVER to be helped! They take you to a room and have you wait for a whole hour I suggest bring your lunch to spend half a day waiting to be helped! Then its lunch time they dont care if they have you waiting and after an hour they come to see you! And Dr Velez not even around is some other random people! I suggest not to come here I have to find my baby another place! This is so unfair! And not only that! There is nowhere to park! Is just like 8 parking spaces! You have to park in the street and pay the meter thing for more then 1 hour! Dont come to this place people!

These people don’t know what they are doing they use chat gpt to figure out what’s wrong with my kid. Plus they take forever to send in documents. Do better don’t take your kids here

Horrible experience , 3 years ago my daughter was complaning of knee pain i took her there and they send me home with ibuprofen that same day send me to do blood work and x-ray and next day went to get the results they said everything was normal and to just go home as directed. I gave my daughter the medicine as prescribed for one whole week like the doctor said she was burning and fever. Nothing was done by the doctor until I decided it was too much and I was going to take her to the hospital and I decided to call them before going to the hospital and they told me that it was a mistake that they didn't see the results correctly and that she had Infection her knee at that point I was really mad. I got to the hospital and told me they had to do a surgery on her knee because she already had
