Mental illness folks beware. I went in today for a routine checkup prior to a procedure I've been nervous about for years. Giving direct short answers doesn't work for Dr. Cullen. Don't go there unless you are happy, cheery and feel like telling your whole life story. You'll also probably be waiting a while listening to him chatter with the previous client. After explaining that I was being short and don't want small talk or lectures today I was dismissed from the office and asked to find another periodontist. I asked why, without any meaningful response and then he proceeded to simply walk away. I felt so horrible about myself leaving the office. Understanding depression and anxiety, especially anxiety, for anyone in the dental field is crucial but apparently not mandatory.

I would never want anyone other than Dr Cullen. I’ve never had any problems with his work. Dr Cullen explains everything so I understand what is to be done and I never feel rushed. His staff is so caring and they have worked with him for many years I could never say how very special everyone is!!

This practice in unethical at best. They will give you the runaround and have you spend hundreds of dollars without doing anything concrete. They will always try talking you into a bone graft and implant even if you just want a tooth pulled. And if they do agree to do just that, they grossly overcharge you.

Staff is very nice however, Dr. Cullen is unable to help patients with anxiety or autism.

Incredibly thorough and thoughtful with every small detail. You definitely feel you are in the most capable of hands.
