VCU Pharmacy at Stony Point

Get my medicine from here all the time. They have a touch screen pad which has information for you to click through which might take a little more time but glad to see technology being used more. I would really like to see a backup person for drop off/pickups as the line can get really long at busy times. Especially if a patient is picking up a lot of their medicines, it takes time to scan each paper, put it back in a bag and complete the transaction.There is currently 1 person who checks people's prescriptions in and checks them out. They have seating in the room if you want to wait for your medicine to be ready. Things I would like to see in the future: having a website where I can check which prescriptions are ready with information such as name of medicine, quantity, and other helpful

The staff is always patient. And willing to answer any questions I may have about my medication.

Customer service at this pharmacy is awful ☹️ and the woman I spoke with on the phone, prior to coming was so rude.
