I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE I BEEN WAITING SINCE 4:45 Got Picked Up IN AMBULANCE From Train Station Cause Heart Pain & Chest Pain & Shortness Of Breath It Was Literally About 7 People When I Arrived YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD TAKE IT MORE SERIOUS They Took My Blood Work & Xray & Sent Me Back To WAITING AREA JUST Like They Did Every Other Patient Who Came In IT WAS TWO ELDERLY PEOPLE SITTING IN THE waiting area saying they been waiting since 12/1 & They weren’t Even Seen Until 6 Almost 7 O’clock Her Husband Just Had Stroke & He Was Literally Sitting For That Long To Be Seen … FAST FOWARD 7:30 8 COMES IM WAITING PATIENTLY I’m Getting The Run Around From receptionists SAYING It’s Been People Been Here 6 7 Hours You Will Be Called When You Get Called …. So Now I Call Main Hospital & Get In Touc

Although I was admitted through the ER and feeling really yuk. The staff did everything they could to make me comfortable. The Dr's and nurses treated and sent me up to a room as soon as they had one available. The nurses on 9 North are the best. I was treated with respect and compassion. The Dr's figured out what was wrong with me and I was home as soon as possible. Thanks to Everyone

I heard from friends and dental medical employees about this establishment. Everyone plus when you Google they suppose to have a walk in clinic, free and free parking. When I mentioned it to the clerk, the doctor and the students I was told there’s no such place. I paid $50 registration. I was very impressed. Everyone from the Parking Area to the medical professionals were very pleasant. Huge University. The inside area where I registered and the medical clinics were spotless. I didn’t feel stressed out as I do whenever I visit doctors. The two students, actually doctors considering in May they graduate. There was a doctor as well. They were very kind and personal. We talked and laughed and they found what’s wrong with my tooth. They will contact me when I return. I didn’t pay anything els

Visiting this ER was the worse choice I could have made. The initial nurse that checked me in was dismissive of my concerns and rude. I was there for 2 hours before I was even seen by triage, which i had to ask about. I then sat for 4 more hours before a CT scan was done. My CT scan was schedule for 920 per the portal and 10pm I asked the new nurse up front when it might happen and she laughed at me, full on belly laugh! It was extremely rude and unprofessional especially from someone in the medical field and she provided me with no update. Just said they would call me when its my turn. My main concerns were a headache at the base of my neck and my right eye has a blurry spot impacting my vision.
