Do not go to their ER. The doctors and nurses don't know the difference between ADHD and PTSD. Hey doctor at their ER to the TDO’ed me. Because the nurse said I said something about PTSD to him. And I had told the nurse ADD. Because of that I was shipped off the Williamsburg pavilion with handcuffs. I was arrested placed in duress. Told my rights where,“I am sorry”. And at Williamsburg pavilion I was drugged, assaulted, abused, attacked in liberty was ransomed for antipsychotics use. You do not treat ADHD or PTSD with antipsychotic. The third time I was in their ER. A nurse told me when they walked in with a bottle of haloperidol that they wouldn't dream of injecting that ship to me. My husband and I moved from the west coast to Virginia. We had great care at the hospital here. Both of us, within a few weeks of each other, ended up at the Emergency Care. These are great nurses and doctors and the other staff that work there. Thank you for helping us in our time of need. All hospitals get overloaded with patients and where we lived out west, we always waited for hours and even sometimes days in the hallways of the ER. We didn’t have to do that here. You deserve a round of applause for your great efforts to assist us. Thank you.🌺

I have only been to this hospital a few times. I stayed for 4 days last week and everything was great . But last night i go to the ER. Tonight was different a nurse was being rough and yelling at me so i walked out . I will be going to a different hospital from now on . Apparently they had been real busy before i got there so guess the were not happy. And the nurse doing my IV was pulling on my arm jerking it then when i ask for the charge nurse. She screamed and said i Am the charge nurse. Rude lady . . So i left and wont be going back.

I was transported to VCU Tappahannock by ambulance. By God's good fortune, the doctor on call was Dr Roldon and his NP Natalie Wood. I received the absolute perfect care by each of them. I strongly believe without their perfect and precise strong caring care, I would not be writing this review. 5 stars seem inadequate, they deserve much more. God let me know he was not finished with me yet in this lifetime . Love and thanks to both of them.

I just was there for some testing and everyone was so nice and professional. I have been there before and was treated the same way. Nothing against the folks in Richmond but the vibe and parking is much better here!
