Amazing. Dr. Exlained everything he was really kind. Took the time to answer my questions and walked an extra mile to see that i got everything done that day. I loved my experiece there. It was very positive! I wiil gi back again and again.

Everyone was so nice!! Dr Testa was thorough in his exam, Octavia and Katie (I think that was her name. Redhead, sweet girl) were great with getting me ready for Dr Testa, and Kirsten was extremely helpful as well with ordering my glasses and contacts. She told me she was new but she didn’t act nervous or anything! Can’t wait to see you all February 2027!

The office personnel is awesome. The office is comfortable and clean. Dr. Testa takes the time to explain your situation to you. I think the choice of frames are excellent.

I had a miss understanding that could have been communicated better. I wanted to order the same style glasses again. One lady said yes we can order lenses. I said no my insurance pays for glasses. I asked do they have new color in that frame. Lady mentioned no. I responded ok I’ll keep same frame type. The word discontinue was never mentioned so I assumed I was getting a same frame ordered. I didn’t appreciate being told my glasses were discontinued after the fact that I chose to agree to get just lenses. Yes agree to disagree on communication. I didn’t know I needed to ask more questions.
