For the past five years, they have been the veterinarians for our dogs, and we couldn’t be happier with their care. I truly recommend their services. The team is very kind, always follows up, and welcomes you with a genuine smile. You can really feel how much they care about both pets and their families.

The entire staff was warm, friendly and welcoming. The medical staff seemed experienced and knowledgeable. They laid out all our options for our sick cat, almost menu style, and were not pushy in making us buy or choose any one thing and said they’d support us in anything we chose (subtext being if we decided to put the cat down). Luckily we didn’t need to put our cat down. We got some blood work done, and some medicine and the cat’s back on the mend. Highly recommend.

I can't find words to describe how grateful I am for the service I received from VCA. Based on the first experiences I had at another clinic in Salem, let me say two words about this veterinary clinic. 2 weeks ago I had my cat Dior neutered. She is a very loving and playful cat. For me she is like a child. The service I received is beyond words. A very high quality service, where my cat was respected in principle and not at all the price they would charge me. The entire staff took maximum care of my cat and after the surgery they constantly sent messages or called to inquire about my cat's health. On behalf of Dior but also on my own behalf I want to thank you for the work done and I am forever grateful. I am lucky that I finally found the right clinic. VCA we love you guys ❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏and cant

So happy I found them! I brought in my very nervous dog who is not at all aggressive but VERY timid around people. I was looking for a vet that was willing to go slowly and not make it a bad experience for her (who had previously been pinned down by her last vet at the shelter). They did an amazing job, they only did what Harper was ready for, used food to keep her distracted, and took as long as they needed for her to let them examine her. In addition they were very knowledgeable about nervous dogs and provided me with options on how we could work on it. Another perk is that if your dog is anxious you can check in and wait in your car, and they even have a side entrance to a private room! Would definitely recommend! UPDATE over a year later- I’ve now moved all my pets to VCA Wakefield.

They have two separate entrances for cat and dogs so the animals don't get overwhelmed. The vet was very kind and sweet to my kitten. She could see how nervous he was. She took the time to interact with him. She actually sat on the floor and talk to him.She even gave him a treat but, he was to scared to eat it. The staff was very nice
