I wish I had taken my dog, Baby, here sooner. Baby was struggling with arthritis and was on meds that were not making things much better. She also has dementia, is hard of hearing, and has kidney disease. I took her to see Dr. Borzouyeh for acupuncture and have been astounded at the results. She is a regular now and have decided that she's going to get acupuncture every 2 weeks to keep her pain at bay. I even started bringing my younger dog in for his regular check ups. Dr. B uses a mix of western and eastern medicine and actually takes the TIME to listen, gameplan, and make the best decisions for Baby. Found a stray dog in my backyard, called OF police & the officer came & told me it’s nothing they can do. Was told my only two options was to let to loose back on the street or keep it b/c they no longer take dogs to a shelter due to a recent incident. Definitely wasn’t going w/ option #1! Called VCA & the 3 ladies at the front were very welcoming and helpful with scanning his chip to locate owner. Thank you so much for all that you do! Truly appreciate it!!! Dog is now in the hands of SSHS. Such a positive experience & I will bring my 19 y/o yorkie here from now on for vet visits inside of his usual location down the street.

We have been going to VCA Forest South since 2021 when we adopted our 3 year old GSD from Humane Indiana who was also heart work positive. We have been seeing Dr. Borzouyeh and he has been nothing short of incredible. He has also seen our two senior cats. He makes our pets feel comfortable and safe. He takes his time on gaining their trust and going above and beyond to find a root cause of any issue we present with. We are so very thankful for Dr. B and the staff at VCA!

Update. I contact you all email many times no response. I tried calling a few times and was placed on hold then hinged up on. And I emailed the manager no response. Stop with the scripted reply and get rid of who ever making your business bad and is running people to other clinic. Is it worth it? Some of the front-desk staff at VCA Olympia Fields are extremely rude and unprofessional. They ignore emails and don’t return phone calls, and I don’t understand why people who work with pets choose to act so ignorant and dismissive. They take advantage of how much we love our animals. I’ve been promoting the VCA CareClub on Facebook like I was one of their employees for a long time and got many people to sign up. I have been a client there for over 15 years. I have never been treated so rudely like today. The woman who checked me in advised me that I cannot make an appointment for vaccinations on line without a well check exam. I was not aware of that. She advised me I could not get the vaccines without a well check exam because there were no vet techs there. I asked her if I could schedule an appointment with a vet tech. After telling me there were none there she said that's what I'm doing now. She then said have a seat..never even telling me that all of a sudden there was a vet tech. After coming out I asked if the could check her anal glands. She barked back we don't check them you either get them done or not..which do you want. Treating customers that way is awful. I won't be back.
