VCA Animal Wellness Center of Maple Grove

I had my dog Rocky in for his wellness exam today 2/10/26. Was first greeted at the front desk by a very welcoming young man (sorry did not get his name) who roomed me. Next Tech Tara came in and was so nice and comforting for Rocky. We talked over any specific issues I was concerned about and what meds needed to be ordered. Next, Dr Boschee came in and after making Rocky comfortable did the exam with calming and soothing voice that made the exam as comfortable as possible for him. Blood draw and vaccination was quick. Dr Boschee inquired about a previous surgery that Rocky had. All went well with the help of peanut butter on a plate! Although VCA may not be the least expensive veterinary care, I definitely feel the value and sincere wanting to care for Rocky worth it. VCA has been Rocky's

I would give a 0 if I could!! We had an appointment for our dog to just get a rabbis shot. We live 2 min away and due to the weather my husband called at 3:02 our appointment was at 3pm. He let them know he's 1 min away due to terrible icy roads. The extremely rude receptionist told him "NO!! WE DONT DO LATE APPOINTMENTS, YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE!!!" This was our first appointment there and will be our last attempt!! I work in the medical field and even for in office procedures we allow 10min grace time. They obviously wanted to leave for the day. I will never go there now woulf refer anyone there and will be happy to share our scrappy experience with anyone looking for a vet. Amazing clinic, grooming, and boarding experience. I really trust the staff with my pets due to Fear Free handling and their expertise. My dog always has so much fun at daycare— Highly recommend!!

I do not even know where to start with this place. I had to stop bringing my wife's dog here awhile ago because the vet staff treated me like I was the scum on their shoes. Front desk are very nice and compassionate but then you get to the actual appointment and they talk to you like you are a toddler. I was always nice to them, even when treated horribly. My mom used to bring her dog here for boarding but had to stop because of how incompetent some of the staff were. She said some people were very nice and seemed knowledgeable but others seemed to have no clue what was going on. And her dog always came back smelling of pee and limping. Eventually she decided she no longer felt comfortable letting those people care for her pup. Would absolutely not recommend this place for any of their ser

From the front reception to the technicians, doctors and the boarding staff my very much afraid of everything in the world. Great Dane and French Bulldogs found comfort and ease ! Their “no fear “philosophy is no joke. My fur babies love it here! Highly recommend!!
