Loved the service here! Josie greeted me with a huge smile and was so friendly and informative. I have worn hearing aids for 20 years and never had hearing explained like it was today! Brian found out where I needed help and fit me with hearing aids that helped in every area I struggled. So happy to be a Miracle Ear patient.

Had a great experience at Miracle Ear. Josie was very welcoming at the front desk and answered some questions I had for my grandma when we came in. All of the staff was attentive and helpful with guiding us in the best direction.

My first visit to Miracle-Ear in Maple Grove was very satisfactory. Upon entering the office, I was greeted by receptionist Laura who was cheerful, friendly and helpful. The office was very neat and clean and light snacks were available. Matt, the hearing aid specialist, was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and provided detailed information on ear anatomy along with details on my specific hearing loss. The hearing exam was very thorough. After the hearing test, Matt explained the results. I was very satisfied and plan to return.
