VCA All Caring Animal Hospital

I am thrilled to have found this clinic for my beloved dogs. All the staff is wonderfull, kind, and the vets are very special! The clinic is spotless, they offer many alternative options as well. Dr June is a meticulous surgeon! She is calming and incredibly loving to the animals..the techs are as well!! Really all the staff is great, support, techs and vets. If you are fortunate enough to get an appointment with Dr Phillips you wont be disappointed!! She is loving, kind, thorough and very calming..Dr Scanlon is great as well, enthusiastic and kind. We have one very high maintenance dog and are in need of services often, I can say I love this place because of the staff/vets, and that is not something I say often!

UPDATE: my boyfriend spoke with vca again and they were extremely apologetic for how my boyfriend was treated over the phone and for not notifying us of our vet leaving the practice. they explained that a very new staff member who had not yet received phone training was who answered the phone the first time and that the information she gave my boyfriend was not accurate at all. they also explained that the reason they hadn't notified us of our vets departure was because he had quit half way through his shift the same day my boyfriend called. my boyfriend and i are very relieved that this was just an unfortunate series of events and not our trusted vet office suddenly turning on us. we even received a card from them recently sending their condolences for our rats passing. we appreciate thei

Very caring knowledgeable vet and vet techs. They got on the floor with my pup, and she loved them. They were very informative about what they thought was wrong and the care and medicine they thought my pup would need. I felt very confident and comfortable with what they told me. Great care and customer service. They even gave her a new toy, and she loved their treats too.

Had to take my dog to Dr. Phillips for an emergency while we were on vacation and I cannot speak highly enough of her and Jessica the veterinary technician. They treated my dog with so much care and love, we’re super knowledgeable and communicative, and even got on the floor to help treat her. Cannot thank the team enough!!

SO appreciative of VCA which gave me a same day appointment to take care of my Jack Russel's severe paw pad lacerations. The team handled the COVID protocols so smoothly and explained every step and treatment options very clearly. I don't know what I would have done if VCA had not been able to see my pup, as many vets are not taking new clients and all are fully booked for weeks it seems. VCA made time for me between other appointments and tonight my JRT is comfortable and on her way to healing...I am especially grateful as we don't live locally and are just here visiting for the month. Exceptionally responsive!!
