I'm so surprised to see negative reviews of this pharmacy. It has great service and friendly, smart pharmacists. I had no problem calling and reaching a human. I get my vaccines here as well and it is a well run program.

Terrible service. There is no point in having a phone number if you never answer it. It's too the point where other local BigY pharmacists have had to tell me the information I needed vs my local one. I have had to travel 15 miles out of town to get my scripts because the Great Barrington branch never answers their phone and even occassionally hangs up the phone if you try calling too much. I have also tried calling when I'm in the store and saw no one answer at a customerless counter. I have called multiple times from open to close with no answer. They also frequently tell you a script is done then when you arrive they say it will be a 20 min wait while they finish. When other branches are talking about you to customers like your the embarrassing stepchild some self examination is needed

Closing at 2 on Saturdays is rough.

Poor pharmacy experience today. Was given a generic drug. When I asked what the brand name was (the only name by which I know it), pharmacist didn’t know and apparently didn’t care very much, not even to look it up. My husband is blind. The accuracy of his medications is crucial. Shame.

Went to get cove omicron booster. Sign out front said walk-ins welcome. Was told to come back in 2 weeks. More likely won't come back ever.
