Vaughn Urgent Care

Very thankful for this team! I was severely dehydrated, pregnant, and going on 24hrs of flu symptoms. I had been turned away from the urgent care across the street and thought I was going to have to go to the ER for fluids. This wonderful office actually lived up to the urgent care title and took wonderful care of me!

I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but having to wait over a month to get a prescription filled is ridiculous. I've had to wait on hold over 10 mins each time to even talk to a secretary who couldn't care less and will not pass on the message. The doctor is nice, but his staff does not care and are not curtious of any one else's time.

I get off late and have attempted to be seen at this establishment 3 different times and each time they’ve closed earlier than 6pm. Today, I called before arriving and was told I was put on their waiting list and when I got there the young lady in a blonde lace front wig looked at me and proceeded to ignore me standing at the door. The customer service is beyond horrible. Also, if you don’t close at 6, why not communicate that so people aren’t wasting their time. I commute 20 min every time I have to come to this side of town. Again, it’s extremely poor customer service and downright unprofessional. Might I add, another young lady walked to the front and laughed while I was standing there. Sad.

As a new military member unfamiliar with the area. I needed to seek an urgent care to tend to my child who had fallen and hit his knee which had gotten swollen and extremely red. As I approached the facility it was 5:30 pm. An older gentlemen saw us approaching and locked the door. He could have easily told us that they weren’t taking anymore people for the remainder of the day. What a horrible way to be welcomed to Montgomery.

Dr An is great but receptionist and staff not so great. Feel like they are doing you a favor and attitudes are not very friendly.
