I made an appointment 2 months out (soonest they said they could get me in) and got a sitter for our kids along with my husband having to take the day off. When we got into the office they weren't even there! I called to complain and they said they tried to call me one time but I didn't answer. I have a voicemail set up on my phone and do not have any messages. They said I could reschedule if I wanted but they are so careless and wasted our entire day as it is! I wouldn't trust them to perform any kind of procedure on my dog even!
Went in nervous the doc was very informative walked me though the procedure and process. Procedure was pain free and afterwards minimal soreness.
