I travel an hour away to go here ..The only place I've found that actually helps with my chronic pain. They do alot more than just shove pills down your throat.. highly recommend...

Made an appointment after I heard about treatment for neuropathy,they said they need to check my insurance (Aetna Advantage Medicare) to see if it was covered and it was so I made an appointment. I arrived and Dr Rehman was going to do the treatment which was applying a Capsaicin 8% patch to both feet, wrapping them leaving them on for 45 minutes then an assistant came in and removed them and asked how I was doing and I informed her that things felt the same, no different. Upon hearing that she stated that sometimes it takes 2 or 3 treatments.I made another appointment. Well I just received my portion of the bill my copay it was $805.92 dollars I was never informed of what my copay would be and when I called and asked why I was told that billing does not like to inform patients of the amou

I was referred from ortho for an injection in my forearm, I waited an hr and was told they needed to pre-auth the procedure-so no treatment was done. I was charged 160.00 for a urine test (even though no procedures were done and no meds were prescribed) and an additional 63.00 on top of my 45.00 copay for the office visit. When I called to see if they had gotten the pre-auth two weeks later, they said they didn’t need pre auth. So I was charged over 200.00 for nothing. I disputed the bill and am still getting invoices. Super shady and I will never go back.

Dr rahman will not listen to the patient. If there is a problem he said go to the er. His staff to get you off the phone will lie saying someone will call you back. One actually complained it not fair she has to deal with people she has lied to. I would recommend dr kevorkian for pain relief over these people anymore.

I give the stars for the amazing drs at this location and the amazing nurses ! They have helped me so much and I’ve been suffering for 20 years. But the one receptionist is so rude every time i check in and was even out of line infront of my child. She won’t make eye contact with you and her attitude from the moment you say hello is so bad. She talks to you with rudeness and abed never looks at you.
