Had been going to this dentist office for myself for a few years and recently took my little one as a first timer. He was only around 3 when we went. Someone called in who is not on any of my child’s charts and asked multiple questions in regards to treatment needed and insurance and they gave it to them. Straight violated my son’s person/medical info. I reached out bc the information was used against me in a custody battle since my child had one cavity. Instead of righting the wrong they made they kicked my son out and recommended we see a new dentist. I was already going to do that but the audacity of them to do it first. Protect your info just go to another dentist.

My daughter went two different times, they dont stay on task, way to many students. Too many chiefs and not enough indians!! My daughter was kept out of school for two days, they brought her in and kept wanting us to keep coming back, to try and get approved for them to pull a tooth! Office is disgusting!!

Incompetent. Called me 5 times in 30 minutes never leaving a voicemail to move my appointment a hour early. After the appointment was scheduled for 5 WEEKS ALL THE REMINDER CALLS CONFIRMATIONS AND ALL THIS they decide they no longer take my insurance 2 days before the appointment? This office is a joke waste your time elsewhere.

The front office as well as the back office staff were pleasant to interact with. I went to the office two weeks prior to sign paperwork, etc as a new patient. My appointment was scheduled for 11/26/24 at 10:30 a.m. I arrived at 10:20a.m. At the time the office appeared to be moderately busy. I was not called back until 11-11:15 a.m. after getting my X-ray I was placed in a room. The room was not cleaned well. A woman (I'm assuming a tech) walked in & spoke. She opened the schedule on the computer (I'm assuming to schedule the patient in the room next to me. She left open the chart/schedule with patients names up. Another tech came in & said nothing. I will never return to this clinic. I called last Monday to schedule an emergency appointment for Saturday the 26th. I was told there would be a $50 emergency fee and that everything else would be billed to my insurance. However, when I arrived, I was hit with nearly $400 in upfront charges — $50 for the emergency fee, $295 for an X-ray, and an additional out-of-pocket fee for the tooth extraction. To make matters worse, when I called back today to ask for clarification on their pricing, the young woman who answered the phone didn’t seem to know the fees and vaguely said, “I think tooth removals start at $400 per tooth.” I was so frustrated by the lack of professionalism and clarity that I hung up. This entire experience felt like a joke, and I will absolutely not be returning.
