I was nervous at first, but the staff at Varinos Dental Associates of Newburyport made me feel comfortable right away. The office was spotless and the whole team was kind, professional and genuinely helpful. The dentist took the time to explain everything in a calm bedside manner and answered all my questions. I left feeling confident that my dental care is in great hands, and I appreciate how welcoming and clean the entire practice is.

I visited Varinos Dental Associates of Newburyport and was impressed by how friendly, helpful and professional the team was. The office was well organized and my appointment was completely pain free. I felt well taken care of and would gladly recommend them as a reliable family dentist. Dr Kim is awesome he literally changed my life and gave me something to really feel good about. And Tril is the best person I've ever had clean my teeth. Literally the only person that has cleaned my teeth without me being uncomfortable. Highly recommended they absolutely have your best interests in mind and work very quickly.

I cannot stress enough how terrible of an experience I have had with this office. They are entirely focused on achieving the maximum profit off of their patients, rather than actual patient care. They failed to notify me of something that was their responsibility that resulted in an extreme overcharge, and barely tried to rectify the situation. I have since left the office and moved to a new provider, and they will not stop calling me even though I tell them I am no longer a patient there. And finally, today they called again, and were super rude when I expressed that I do not want to be called anymore and then abruptly hung up on me. Unprofessional and the way they run things is unethical.

Varinos Dental Associates of Newburyport is incredibly friendly and professional. The staff were competent and made the entire visit painless and efficient. I felt taken care of from start to finish and would definitely recommend them as a top family dentist. Trillion was especially wonderful!
