Sacred Tree Massage & Reiki

The Sacred Tree Massage and Reiki is a very special place. It is a safe, peaceful and spiritual space where healing happens. I have been going to Marty for 90 minute holistic massages for several years and will continue as long as Marty is practicing. Marty is professional, caring and sensitive to what I need. I always leave feeling so much better than when I arrived, both physically and mentally. Marty is a gift and I am so grateful to have discovered him!

Marty's knowledge and experience can't be matched and his technique is incredible—he found tension I didn't even know I was carrying and worked it out with just the right amount of pressure. Three months ago I had a flare up from spinal stenosis and had severe sciatica pain going down my right leg. I was unable to sleep as severe pain would run down my right leg when I laid down. I had one session with Marty and felt better. I couldn't believe that night when I didn't wake up in pain once! I was thrilled!!!! Another time I saw Marty for back pain. I gingerly walked into the office, hoping a massage would help. Fortunately, after one session, the pain had greatly decreased and within a few days, all pain was gone. I couldn't believe it. I now see Marty monthly for a relaxing... take all the stress away massages.......it works! I always leave Sacred Tree better than when I came. Thank you, Marty!

Marty is ABSOLUTELY terrific. Prior to finding Sacred Tree, I had visited a few other Massage Therapists, but didn't find anything that worked well for me. The first time I met Marty, his presence was authentic, warm, inviting, relaxing and it felt like I knew him a lifetime. Marty is so easy to talk to, he finds and treats my trouble spots effortlessly, and has made me a into a routine massage go-er. His monthly newsletters to his clients make you feel like an extended part of his family, and it's a nice personal touch away from the "commercial" offerings expected from chains. Wish I could give him 6 stars!

Marty is kind and professional. He patiently guided me through the maze of the Tannery up to his office tucked away on the second floor. I booked a 90-minute holistic massage with the hope of simply feeling better. I had been having some back pain and soreness in my hips. It was slowly getting better, and I think the reiki further contributed to my improvement. In the immediate days after my visit to Marty, my body moved more fluidly and the soreness subsided even more.
