I came a little late for unavoidable circumstances, but they still let me in to pick up my new glasses And they adjusted them! I’ve never felt such personalized care for my prescription before. I look forward to next year’s appointment.

Dr. Steinberg did a wonderful job helping me out with my glasses and exam. I tried to use bifocal's and twice they did not work out. No problem they gladly exchanged the lenses out at no additional cost. Staff are always nice and helpful. Highly recommend you try these great people out!

I’ve had several frustrating experiences with this company. They frequently make mistakes with orders — forgetting items, delaying shipments, or not sending them out at all. What’s worse is the lack of accountability or concern when these issues are brought up. There’s no apology or effort to make things right, which really says a lot about their customer service. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here unless they make some serious improvements in how they handle orders and communication.

Great doctor, but after waiting nearly six weeks for my pair of glasses, I cannot recommend this office. All I got was excuses, blaming the problems on "the lab". Then use a better lab! Edit after Dr. Steinberg's response: I understand things can go wrong, but there was absolutely no proactive communication on your end. You didn't reach out even though it had been over a month since the order was placed. After I called to find out status, the rep said he would check and get back to me, but never did.

I’d highly recommend this location. Dr. Steinberg was great. He was extremely professional and friendly. Noah was phenomenal. He helped me with the contact fitting (never put in contacts prior). He was incredibly supportive and friendly, making the process far more manageable. Noah sat with me for one hour until I finally got the contacts in and out.
