I love MEND!! I have been seeing Chelsey since 2022 when I was pregnant with my first and then went back to see her again for pelvic floor therapy during my second pregnancy in 2024-2025. Chelsey has helped me prepare for a natural birth and helped me return to running postpartum! I recently ran my best PR in the marathon (2:50) only 7 months postpartum, and I highly attribute my success to all the work Chelsey and I have done throughout my pregnancy and postpartum. I always recommend pelvic floor therapy and Chelsey to help women through their journey!!

I have worked with Lucas Glomb to rehabilitate a complex ankle fracture and highly recommend him. I had significant mobility issues Post-op from my ankle surgery, and working with Lucas has helped me regain my ability to participate in activities again with confidence. His work combined manual therapy, dry needling and exercises not just for typical PT but also how to do strength training without the constant worry of causing injury. Lucas took the time to research my injury, read all op and imaging reports and really partner with me to fine tune the rehabilitation plan. I have also seen him work with a lot of knee injuries and ACL recoveries, so I highly recommend for this type of rehab as well.

Lucas was incredible to work with and honestly one of the reasons my partner and I extended our stay in Boulder. I showed up with a pretty gnarly case of plantar fasciitis in my left foot and he quickly picked up on how much running meant to me and how lost I felt without it. Over six weeks, he helped me rebuild strength, get out of pain, and regain confidence in training. Going from barely being able to hop without pain to running stronger than I ever have honestly feels like a gift. He even went out of his way to introduce me to a local running club so I had a support system while getting back into it. Really grateful for the work we did together and can’t wait to come back next time we’re in Boulder!

If you are a climber dealing with a serious injury, you need to see Dr. John Crawley at Mend. I came to him after a full distal bicep tendon rupture, an injury that can be career-ending for a climber if not rehabbed correctly. What sets Dr. Crawley apart is that he actually understands the sport. Most PTs aim for 'functional' recovery (like lifting groceries), but John pushed me further. He tailored my rehab to include single-arm hangs, the specific mechanics of clipping draws, and the nuances of belaying. He understands that a climber's needs are different from the average patient. He went far beyond standard PT protocols to ensure I was truly ready to get back on the wall safely. If you’re a rock climber and want a specialist who speaks your language and knows exactly how to get you ba

Ian and Mend Physical Therapy showed me what comprehensive PT could really accomplish. I started with him because I was in so much pain from sciatic nerve irritation that it was impacting my ability to work and I was on a 6 week waitlist for PT covered by my insurance. Ian not only helped me recover from the sciatic problems but supported me through running my first half marathon this winter with the comprehensive approach of assessment, dry needling, back adjustments and strength training that can only be accomplished through hour long appointments from a highly knowledgeable PT.
