I arrived for an 8:00 a.m. appointment and was the first patient of the day, yet the PA spent less than five minutes with me. The visit felt rushed, I was interrupted, and I had to prompt her to address all of the concerns I specifically came in for. I was not given the opportunity to discuss alternative solutions I had researched and she barely examined my skin; instead looking from afar (hello are you not a medical provider?!). What a joke!!!!!

Absolutely do not reccomend this place. Dr. Igor Romanov is the one of the worst doctors I've met in my entire life. First of all, you have to wait for him, even though you have an appointment at a specific time, i guess around 1h is a "normal" thing here. Then, you have to wait in a room, while he's joking around and taking the patients that are supposed to be treated after you. In the end, this "doctor" is not gonna take your problem seriously and prescribe you things that are not working for your skin and your insurance. No amount of calls to the clinic will change it, they are not gonna prescribe you something else. I went to see Dr Esther Langman (sp?). Excellent experience, very grateful. She dealt with all my actual health issues without beating around the bush and even removed some moles on the spot. I’m used to one simple thing getting dragged out. Am grateful for the thorough care. Will stick with her

Very rude receptionist. Customer service is 0. Bad service. Stay away from this office. You will save your time, money and nerves

I had a very disappointing experience at this dermatology office. It felt like the two girls who examined me were barely out of their teens — they rushed through the appointment so quickly that it seemed like they just wanted me to leave as soon as possible. When I pointed out the area on my body that was concerning me, one of them immediately turned away, which came across as completely unprofessional and disrespectful. This office used to have real professionals who truly cared about their patients and took the time to do their job properly. Sadly, those people are no longer there, and the level of care has dropped dramatically. I left feeling frustrated and ignored.
