Vancrest of Van Wert

The VanCrest phone system is poor, and it’s very difficult to reach a patient/loved one, particularly in assisted living section. No staff answers the phone calls and you’re forced to leave voicemails that are never returned. This isolates patients from communicating with their family members.

My name is Lola first time I was out at Bancroft I had double pneumonia the employee the employees were I give five stars up to the physical therapy I was recently just out there out there because I had been hospitalized and then had to go to physical therapy for almost a month while I was out there the employees were great they treated me really good if I ever have to stay out there permanently I would be happy to be I felt very home while I was out there it was very comfortable from the first time when I went out there to decorating that they've done out there makes you feel good first time I went out there it was the place was like felt sterile almost institutionalized but the employees were great but this time when I went out there when they took me to my room I felt like I had walked
