Clean, pleasant staff and prompt service. I was very pleased with my new primary Deb Howell, she listened to my concerns, and answered my questions. She was informative, clear and came up with a plan that did not include masking the problem with a prescription drug, which I appreciate considering I choose to live a holistic lifestyle. I am very happy with my decision to see Deb Howell and am confident in her ability to treat my health issue and get to the root cause. Her Medical Assistant Danielle was my first point of contact with Deb and a fantastic representation for the team. She was attentive and full of knowledge with great bedside manner. Very disappointed with our most recent visit. My husband went there for an infection in his great toe. He was seen by a male, either PA or NP. My husband is unsure of which. He was told that there was no infection. No x-ray was taken. No antibiotics given... Fast forward several weeks. Now there is pus that can be expressed from the toe. My husband goes to see a podiatrist. His toe nail is removed and there is a deep infection. X-rays show it is now in his bone. He will need to have the end of his toe amputated up to the 1st joint. So needless. I am a nurse and have seen many diabetic foot wounds. I finally got him to go to a "doctor" due to my concerns of there being an infection and he was told there was no infection. 😡🤬

I was always one of those people who did not trust hospitals. In 2021, it almost cost me my life due to having Covid. Thank the lord for Luthern Hospital in Fort Wayne. So, this time around as soon as I felt myself getting sick and having multiple symptoms related to Covid, I went to the nearest clinic to get checked out. I get swabbed etc. It comes back negative. Day and a half later days later I lose taste and smell. I called the clinic and asked if I was given a Covid test. Nope. I was just given an influenza and strep test. I guess since they are no longer getting paid for covid they don't test for it. I go and get a home test and sure enough I had Covid. Now I get hit with a $250 bill for them not even testing for covid when I had multiple symptoms. Do yourselves a favor and just get

Deb Howell should not be practicing here. Looks like she just crawled out of bed. Continues to switch meds making things worse due to lack of knowledge. I would not recommend this place if she is who you have to see.
