Simply the best pharmacy! I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have been a customer for years. They know me when I come in, they ask how my husband is doing. If I need something they don't have, they always order in for me.

After being a customer of Vanco Pharmacy for over 10 years without any issues, I was busy with work and had a family member pickup my prescription. This family member in their 70’s called to see if it was ready and then picked it up. Upon showing up the pharmacist told my family member to tell me to no longer have my prescriptions filled there. Again, this was through a third party that this message was relayed to me and I never had any idea what happened. I had previously given Vanco Pharmacy a 5 star rating as I live in Dix Hills and it was my local pharmacy. Again, my relationship with the cashiers, and pharmacists have always been pleasant. My family has been going to Vanco for over 30 years . They have ALWAYS been helpful and have gone out of their way MANY times to help us . They do not discriminate. I am hard of hearing and the pharmacist always remembers to look at me when talking to me . When I have to make a phone call to them , they are respectful and have no problem clarifying when I don’t understand something . My family appreciates Vanco and thanks them at every visit for their service . They are truly our friendly neighborhood pharmacy . The best in town !
