Dr. Sanfratello is an amazing audiologist, one who sincerely listens and works with patience to ensure their best hearing needs. I received thorough hearing exam, much more thorough than I have had at other providers. She also commits to following up with you as many times as needed to adjust your devices. I am very satisfied and excited about the improvement in my hearing since receiving my new hearing aids at Ear Works.

Nadine is the best she does not rush through like some of the places, she explains everything and gives you different options, she cares and works with you. Other places are like a factory and you are rushed and pressured but not with Ear Works Nadine will guide you and work with you at your pace.
