The front desk was nice. However, I saw the same doctor twice, and I felt like she wanted to send us home as quickly as possible. She did not answer my questions and seemed rushed. I did not feel that she truly cared about my baby. It felt like I was speaking with a provider who was not attentive or concerned.

What I love about this office: 1. Easy to get an appointment - no long waits for well visits and easy booking process 2. Beautiful environment - don't let the hidden entrance trick you, the inside is colorful, warm, and fun 3. Knowledgeable doctors - we have had excellent care. Doctors have worked with me and my son to carefully care for his ADHD. Consistent check ins, virtual appointments, and open communication have made his well-being feel like a partnership 4. Books and toy box - I personally don't care to bring home more stuff, but my son loves it. They let him pick a book or toy after each visit, his dream: free stuff. We have loved our experience with Van Dorn Pediatrics!

Van Dorn Pediatrics was my pediatrician office for both my son and daughter. They were very caring and meticulous, and gave me the comfort I needed when my children were feeling under the weather. The clinic is clean and inviting and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Van Dorn Pediatrics.

Van Dorn Pediatrics is an exceptional practice. The entire team — front desk, nurses, and providers — is professional, caring, and attentive. I especially want to highlight Dr. Mona Hanna. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and always makes families feel supported. Her dedication and care truly stand out. Completely unprofessional ,niether from doctor or the reception ,ignoring the patient at a critical case and thry never follow up with Lab for blood test work. I keep calling them and asked for my son test result even he had a very high fever and they kept me waiting and waiting and they are saying no results yet. hence I contacted the lab and lab confirmed that they sent all results 3 days before. and when I contacted the clinic back, they said oh yes we just recieved it. not recommending this clinic for critical cases at all. only for annual check may be not morethan that.
